H4All is represents the five Hillingdon charities DASH, Mind, Harlington Hospice, Hillingdon Carers and AgeUk and supports people aged over 65. The company works alongside GPs, hospitals, social care and community services to help older people who need support to manage long-term health conditions, frailty, social isolation or loneliness. Hillingdon Residents over the age of 65 can self refer. The company’s wellbeing support officers work closely with clients and their families to gain the best possible outcomes for their health and wellbeing. H4All offers befriending, advice, a buddy service and access to a wealth of support from a range of services within Hillingdon
